Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Contact us first before shipping items back. All returns must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging. Cancel Policy:
Our items are processed immediately upon receipt of your order. These items are picked and pulled from our facility and immediately begin being processed for shipment. As such, once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to cancel the order
Unwanted Returns:
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only and in original unopened retail packaging.
Refused Delivery:
Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.
Defective Items:
A customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number & a Prepaid Fedex Ground Shipping Label. We test all items claimed defective upon return and if found to be in working condition, a 20% restock fee will apply & the cost of the shipping label. All items claimed defective must be returned to be tested for the defect before a refund is issued or an exchange is sent at no cost to the buyer.
